Major Update..................

BFL Update...

So, no way did I take beginner pics in a bathing suit, but here's the after. 16 weeks, down 22pounds and 2 1/2 sizes.
These were my favorite pants 3 months ago! They were skin tight when I started.

Here's my new favorite pants I bought for $3.08 at Sam's (I love clearance) They were too small when I bought them, it was my goal to fit into them. Now even they're getting a little loose.

JUNE...
Went on a Trek with the youth in June. 20 miles of uphill pushing. Only a few downhills, and they were short and only put us in a position to go back uphill again. An amazing experience.

My wacky family

Me and Chris! (Oh yeah, and goofy Scott in the back)

Some must push....

And some must pull!!

We had one of the biggest groups in the stake!!

Took the kids to Panguitch!! My favorite place on earth. Chris couldn't go, so I learned to load and unload the 4 wheelers, hitch the trailer, and pull the trailer!! Made it back in one piece.

Losee Canyon....a mini Bryce Canyon. It was a beautiful hike, just around the corner from our friends place.

Bryce Canyon.....just me and Shannon and Eric.......There was a natural red glow throughout the canyon.

We hiked down these switch backs on one side.....

Through what looks like the Sahara desert or something.......

And then back up the other side. Very uphill, but beautiful!!!

Out on the town..........yes, in Panguitch there are so many great spots with antiques and history and nature, perfect for pictures.

Best Buds!

The whole gang!!!

Balloon Festival - we were lucky to be there the same time as the balloon festival. Awesome!!

The after math. trevor is majorly allergic to cats, our friends have 2, so he ended up in the emergency for breathing treatments.
Taylor at our friends place................

The river in front of our friends house........they were so amuzed with the mud!

I love Panguitch!!

BFL.........

Well I hit the 12 week mark! Actually, 12 weeks from the start, but I started the excercise 2 1/2 weeks after that. So 12 weeks of the eating, 10 weeks for the complete program.

Down 16.5 pounds and 2 sizes!!! Even was on vacation for 5 days, and on a Trek for 3 days, so I couldn't do the complete program, but I did my best. I love eating good, the free days actually do me in. It's been fun to get in shape. Started riding with a friend and Carli, 9 miles, twice a week.

Gonna do another 12 weeks, It's time to tone. Feels great!!!

BFL update..............

OOPS!!
When I posted this a month ago I was wrong. It was only week 8.

Last week was week 12. I'm down 14 pounds. Now I'm mad I didn't take the pictures or measurements for comparison. I even bought some new capri's in my regular size, before the fat, to wear after I loose what I want, but they were way too big. YEAH!!!!!!!!! Feels great to be active everyday and not heavy laden with crap in the belly.

Chris looks amazing. He's down 16 pounds and weighs less than when we got married. It's been a fun challenge.

Oh Me, Oh My!!!.................

That's the nice way to put it.

You see the angelic little princess off to the left of the screen? So cute, so sweet. Yeah she's really NOT!!!

1. Swimming pool, 3ft. in diameter, in her room IN THE CARPET!! I walked into the room, screamed, turned around, and went to bed. No amount of towels could soak it up. It took 4 days to dry.

2. White out all over the backs of my BLACK dining room chairs. I still am unable to remove it completely.

3. RED slime!! Rubbed into the carpet in 3 places. About 5in. in diameter each. Unable to remove any of it. Looks like a crime scene.

4. Markers everywhere, on everything, all the time.

5. Downy poured into the carpet in 4 places. Took an hour to get it out of 2 of them, started the other 2, but suds just keep coming, and coming, and coming. Mabey today I'll get back to it.

I don't think my Little Green will be put away anytime soon.

The others didn't want to be outdone, so here's their contribution to disaster:

1. Cameron: stomach ace, made it to the toilet, but stood up and projectile vomited everywhere except the toilet. WHY?????????????????????????? I don't care how sick you are.....you do that, you clean it.

2. Trevor: found paint balls in Cameron's room and began chucking them at the walls, closet doors, and of course............his CLOTHES!! I couldn't bring myself to look, just waited for Chris to get home, he handed me the clothes, which I scrubbed over and over again, and made Trevor clean it up. Trevor says he thought he was in his own room. (what does that matter?)

These were the most memorable events of the past 2 weeks, mabey 1 1/2 weeks. Many others occurred, but I didn't want to bore you.

Just another example of why my cell phone ring for the kids is "Had a Bad Day"

"Lana-banana"......

11 weeks old now!!!!!

Carli and Mark just moved into our ward, YEAH!

Picture Day........

Jennifer needs a BIG THANKS!!! She took our new family pictures a couple of weeks ago. We were her worst subjects. Some hid their faces, others would not think of touching anyone else, and little miss DEVIL, found just the right moments (plural) to continuously poke Cameron in the head. Notice how happy she is in our family picture. That's why.

BFL...............

Down 8 lbs. in 4 weeks. Bill Phillips is a genius. Chris is down 8 lbs. too and I love his weight training days.............. all pumped up!!!!!

Women's Conference..............

Everyone needs to go sometime. What a great time. Great talks to choose from, plenty of service to do, concerts and movies to attend, great food, especially when we eat at Tucanos, yum, and it's even fun staying in the dorms. However, this year our floor (not us) was pretty mellow. In the morning one lady walked into the bathroom, removed her earplugs and said "That's better! They are sooo loud!" Yah, she was talking about us, and no, she didn't know we were right behind her. Next year we'll just provide the earplugs for everyone!!

It is hard to recover from 4 hours of sleep 3 nights in a row. The shopping is tons of fun, always something you just can't do without.

This years concert had Michael Mclain(I think that's spelled wrong), Kenneth Cope, Eclipse (the best, an a acapela group of guys), Hilary Weeks, Mercy River, and Jenny Jordan Frogley. Histarical, emotional, and way entertaining.

And the highlight, President Monson was the concluding speaker. I was about 10 feet away, saw his cute little wife and him.

I'll be back next year.

What a great man................

My husband is the best. Always wanting to make me feel like a queen. It was our anniversary on the 17th and he had the whole night planned.
First, we ate at Morton's Steakhouse. (Fabulous) They brought us out our menus, which, as you can see, was personalized for us. Then they took our picture and GAVE (not charged) it to us. When we got our bill, our desserts had been taken off. They made they evening feel pretty dang special, it was awesome.

While we were still eating, I think dessert, Chris asked me to marry him all over again..............................I accepted!!!!!!!!!!!
(Carli said I could post the picture, I was just so excited!!!)

Sat on the balcony of the Wynn and watched an awesome waterfall, then he took me in and surprised me with tickets to se Le Reve. (Great show)
After 15 years, we're still in love, even more than ever, and best friends. He's my prince!

"Stake" Fair..................

Went to the county fair a few weeks ago. What fun.
Lost Trevor twice, Trenton once, but they knew where they were.
We'd never been before. Our family loves the old movie "State Fair", so that where the little ones think we went, to the "Stake Fair". They loved it.
